Each of the principals had several years of practice in other firms prior to our association under this banner, but are now happily ensconced. Our commitment is to effective and efficient representation which is neither impersonal nor exorbitant. The diverse backgrounds and broad range of legal experience of our attorneys and staff allows us to serve almost every client need, and to offer the highest level of professionalism and integrity. We are usually retained on an hourly basis, although a negotiated fee or a fee based on a percentage of the recovery is often appropriate. The cost of quality legal representation is not insignificant, but we are determined to instill in each client the conviction that they have received the full value of services commensurate with the expense.

The old saying 'you get what you pay for,' applies equally well to professions such as law and medicine, that directly affect the health and well-being of you and those you love. There is wisdom in not just picking the lowest priced bidder, but rather in selecting the law firm most qualified to meet your needs. Our professional fees may not always be the lowest, but neither are they the highest. We believe there are other, better ways to reduce our clients' overall legal expenses that do not jeopardize the successful outcome of the case.
